You can control which Photos are displayed in the Photo Library. Keep&Share provides you with a “Search” bar and an ability to filter by keywords. You can also filter your Photos by date that the Photo was taken and date the Photo was uploaded. You can combine one or all of these search methods to get as specific as you want.

Using the “Search” bar

The search bar is located in the upper right-hand corner of your Photo Library. You can type your search terms into the text field and then click on the “magnifying glass” icon to search through your photos. Follow the steps in the image below:

The “Keyword” search field will search all of the Photo file names and the Photo descriptions for your search terms. What shows up below the Search field are the Photos that apply.

Search by keywords

All of the keywords that you have created will show up under the “Keyword Filters” drop-down menu at the top of your Photo Library. To access your Photo Library follow the steps in the image below:

To search by keywords all you need to do is click on the drop-down menu and then click on the check box next to any of the photos you want to see with only that keyword. Simply uncheck the box next to your keywords to remove the keyword filter. See the image below:

Search Photos by date taken or uploaded

If you click on the “All Photos” tab at the top of your Photo Library, you will see a drop-down menu that allows you to narrow down your photos by the date the photo was uploaded into Keep&Share, or by the month in the date stamp in the original photo file. You can also choose to narrow down your photos using a custom date range.

To show all your photos: Click on the “All Photos” drop-down menu and click on the “All Photos” option to return to see all of the photos in your Photo Library. If you have typed in a search term into the “Search” field you will need to click on the red “X” to clear any search terms.

If no photos appear: it is because the settings for the search box do not match any photos. Try modifying the settings, especially by selecting the “By Month” option from the drop-down menu.
