One of the ways that you can clean up the appearance of your Events in your Calendar is by using the “Only show the first line of events” option in your Calendar’s “Customize” screen. This is a particularly useful feature if you have days in your Calendar with a lot of Events as each new line in your Calendar will represent a new Event, and not show any continuing text from the same Event. How to show only the first line of your Events
When you are showing only the first line in your Events, you will still be able to see all of your Event text by hovering over the Event with your mouse or by clicking on that Event.
