You can quickly and easily import data to your Keep&Share calendar using .ICS, .CSV and .KCS file formats. The first two (.ICS, .CSV) are industry-standard calendar file formats, supported by many programs. The third, .KCS, is a Keep&Share format that preserves Keep&Share's unique text formatting and colors on your calendar entries.
To import a calendar into your account, you will first need to choose the calendar in your account that you want to import your Calendar data to. Then click on the gray “Customize” button in the blue bar above your Calendar. Once you are in the “Customize” screen, click on the "Data Management" tab, click on the “Import & export my calendar” tab, and then click on the blue “Import another calendar” link on the right-hand side of the screen.

This will open up the “Calendar Import” screen. Click the “Choose File” button to search and select the .KCS calendar file from your computer. Then, simply click the “Import Calendar” button.
Importing a calendar from outside of Keep&Share (.ICS, .CSV)
First, export a calendar format file (either .ICS or .CSV) from your external calendar program, which can usually be found in the “File” section. Save this file to somewhere easy to find on your computer.
Then, click on the gray “Customize” button above the Calendar that you want to import your Calendar into. Once you are in the “Customize” screen, click on the "Data Management" tab, click on the “Import & export my calendar” tab, and then click on the blue “Import another calendar” link on the right-hand side of the screen. This will open up the “Calendar Import” screen. Click the ”Choose File" button to search and select the .ICS (or .CSV formatted file) file from your computer. If you are using a .CSV file, then select the date format used in your .CSV file. Then simply click the “Import Calendar” button.
