Use Keep&Share’s Folders to categorize your information, making it easier to organize, find, and share your information. Folders work identically in the File, Photo, Address, Discuss and Bookmark applications. To Do “List Sets” are very similar to Folders as well.

It is a good idea to take a few minutes and create a number of Folders to organize your information. For instance, if you are managing your personal and home information, you might create folders such as “Home Projects,” “Finances,” “Vacation Plans,” etc.

Two Levels of Organization

All of your Photo Albums and Folders are kept under the “File” tab in the Navigator on the left-hand side of your Keep&Share account. The Folder Sets are organized in alphabetical order and Folders are arranged in order of most recently accessed.

The “Files” tab provides two levels of organization: top-level “Folder sets” (which hold groups of folders) and “Folders” (which hold groups of documents).

  1. Top-level Folders with cloud icons called Folder Sets.
  2. Second level Folders with folder icons.

In the above image are File Folders nested under a “folder set” named “Album Folders”, in the Photos tab in the Navigator on the left-hand side of the screen. You can see the folders in a folder set by first clicking on the folder set that your folders are in. You can rename a Folder Set or Folder by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom of your folder set or folder tab pictured above.

Paid accounts have 5 Folder Sets. Each Folder Set can contain up to 100 Folders with manila folder icons.

Creating Folders

A handy way to move a Folder up to the top of the Folder list is to put a number or an asterisk “*” first in the Folder name. Ex. “1 Folder” or “*Folder.”

Each account is only allowed four folder sets with which to organize Photo Albums. To add more photo folder sets to your Navigator you will need to click on the “Manage Applications” icon at the bottom of the "Applications" tab or click on the "New Folder Set" icon at the bottom of your "Photos" tab.
