If you have a Team account and you want add members to your Team, the best way to do this is to create an account for individual members using the Team Console. However, if the person you want to add to your Team already has a Keep&Share account and you did not create the account for them, then they will not be a member of your Team. This also means that if you invite someone to create an account using the “Invite-a-Friend” command, then they will not automatically be added to your Team.
To add a pre-existing Keep&Share account to your Team, you will need to contact Keep&Share support (email@example.com). Please include in your email the account name(s) of the individuals that you want to add to your Team account and we will be happy to attach those accounts to your Team for you.
