Your Keep&Share Calendar Application provides you with two methods of Calendar entry: Day Notes and Events. Events are a type of Calendar entry that is structured around a scheduled time or length of time, with options to connect to your email, phone, and other Calendars.
Day Notes are free-form calendar entries that can store up to 20 pages of text information on any date in your Calendar. You can format your day note text using the range of tools available in the Keep&Share word processor. There is one Day Note available per the date on your calendar.
When you look at your calendar you can see that there is a "+" icon, which you can use to add either Events or Day Notes. If you click on the white space in the Day Boxes by default the Event Editor will open. However, you can change what type of editor opens by default on your calendar.
To change this setting you will need to go to the "Customize" screen. Follow the steps in the image below:
