If you are not receiving text messages from Keep&Share you'll first need to make sure that you have a phone number that's been added and verified in your Keep&Share account.
Once you've added a phone number to your account you should receive an initial "please confirm this is your number" text message from us. If you do not respond to this text message then you will not receive other text messages from us except for additional "please confirm this is your number" requests.
After you confirm your number we send an text message telling you how to "opt out" of text messages from Keep&Share. You can stop receiving text messages by replying "stop."
If you have opted out of text messages and would like to opt back in,
If you opted out of text messages from us, you should still have an instructional text message from us after you opted out telling you that you can reply to the message with "START" to opt back in.
However, if you don't have that text message, then you can do one of the following:
- For U.S. users, send a text to 14153290395 with the word START.
- For international users from our supported countries, send a text to 14159150395 with the word START.
Once your phone number has been verified and you've opted in to receiving text messages you'll need to make sure that the boxes for "reminders" and "notifications" are checked next to your phone number in order to receive messages by text.
If you think you've blocked the SMS phone numbers that Keep&Share currently uses, please carefully check your block list for these numbers and unblock them:

- +441733530395
Your phone may format or display these numbers differently than they are listed above. For example the number +14153290395 could be displayed +1 (415) 329-0395 or 415-329-0395 or maybe even another way. You may need to look extra closely to make sure that none of Keep&Share's numbers appear because of the differences in formatting.
You can also receive app notifications on your mobile device. To turn on notifications from the mobile app follow these steps:
- Access settings for your mobile device
- Go to your app manager
- Tap on the Keep&Share app in your list of apps
- Choose to turn on notifications
