Sometimes you may have a private Calendar that you do not want others to know what Events are on there, but you still want others to know that you are busy during those times. For example, let's say you have a private Calendar that shows you have a PTA meeting from 3:00-4:00 pm on Friday. You want your clients to know that you will be unavailable during that time, but you don't want them to know what for. Keep&Share’s “Free/Busy” setting will allow you to do exactly that.

When you have "Free/Busy" turned on, this will hide all information about your event and only show "Busy." This includes any Event Tags, custom colors, and icons that you've added to your event. See the image below:

There is a feature that you can turn on in your "Customize" screen for your calendar that allows your Event Tag formatting (colors, border, and icons) to show on your calendar, even if you have the "Free/Busy" feature turned on. Your event text will still show as "Busy," but visitors can see the Event Tag. See the image below:

Note that this feature only applies to Event Tags, and not any highlights or icons that you apply manually to the event.
