Sometimes browsers can get in funny states and cause malfunctions in Keep&Share or any other website. If you are experiencing a strange error while using your Keep&Share account, we suggest refreshing your browser. A “hard refresh” command only takes a second, is harmless, and often clears up any problems.

Here’s how to use the “hard refresh” command on your internet browser:

  1. On a Windows PC: When you are logged into Keep&Share in your browser press Ctrl-F5 (hold down the “Ctrl” key and then, while still holding it, press the “F5” key on your computer's keyboard). You should see your browser screen refresh.
  2. On a Mac: When you are logged into Keep&Share in your browser press Command-R (hold down the “Command” key and then, while still holding it, press the “R” key on your computer's keyboard). You should see your browser screen refresh.

A hard refresh tells the browser to do a complete refresh, flushing out everything it's got and getting new copies from the web service. It's a useful command whenever you think a website is not displaying correctly.

If a hard refresh does not clear up your problem, please see our additional browser troubleshooting articles.
